Gas SeparatoR PACKAGES (GSP)These Gas Separator Packages (Russian acronym: ГСУ) are designed to treat associated gas, natural gas, fuel gas and gas condensate (Gas Treatment Unit, Gas Pre-treatment Unit, Central Gas Processing Facility, Fuel Gas Treatment Unit) to a quality standard required by the CLIENT (as per GOST 5542-87, STO GazProm 089-2010, ST RK 1666-2007, OST 51.40-93 and other requirements).
This Gas Treatment Package is designed to remove water, H2S, mercaptans and heavy hydrocarbons from MP and HP natural or associated gas in field conditions in order to produce sweet dry lean gas with specified water and hydrocarbons dew-point temperatures, as well as sulfur.
This Gas Treatment Package is designed to treat MP and HP natural and associated gas in field conditions to remove water, mercaptans and heavy hydrocarbons and to produce dry lean gas with a specified water dewpoint (down to minus 60°С) and hydrocarbons dewpoint (down to minus 30°С), as well as hydrocarbon condensate (natural gasoline, if required).
These Packages (Russian acronym: USOG-AO and USOG-AO/c) are designed for amine-based sweetening of LP & MP natural gas or associated gas in field conditions. The two versions differ in how acid gas processed: in the standard version acid gas is oxidized in a flameless catalytic oxidation process (afterburning), whereas in the USOG-AO/C version, acid gas is processed to produce liquid sulfur. These Packages are distinguished by their light weight, compact size and low operating costs.
This Associated Gas Treatment Package (Rus acronym: UPPG) is designed to treat natural gas to meet the required specifications.
